Beta test feedback survey questions
A beta test produces two information streams that must not be mixed: malfunctions (bugs, blockers, misunderstandings — to be collected as they happen) and the overall verdict (does the product keep its promise? — to be collected at the end of the period, with hindsight). The end-of-beta questionnaire structures the second stream: it turns scattered impressions into a documented launch decision.
The generated outline first qualifies actual test intensity (screening + usage frequency — a tester who opened the app twice does not weigh like a daily user), reviews the features used and their perceived reliability, measures overall value on scales, and closes with the three decisive open questions: the main problem encountered, what is missing for adoption, and the recommendation verdict.
