Product feedback survey questions
The product feedback trap is collecting a shopping list: a hundred feature requests with no idea which ones would make your users stay — or leave. A good questionnaire ties every opinion to actual usage: who uses what, how often, to accomplish which task. A request backed by daily users does not weigh the same as one from a dormant account.
The generated outline starts by qualifying usage (screening + frequency), measures satisfaction per major function on consistent scales, has respondents prioritise improvements in limited multiple choice — pick three, not tick everything — and ends with the open questions that capture what you had not foreseen. Replace the pre-filled example with your product and send it to a precise segment.
